Ingredients
  

  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon red-wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
  • 2 medium ripe tomatoes diced into 3/4-inch pieces
  • 1 ½ cups cucumber diced (3/4-inch)
  • 1 cup green bell pepper diced (3/4-inch)
  • cup red onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Kalamata olives quartered and pitted
  • ½ cup feta cheese diced (2 1/2 ounces)

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, onion, olives, and feta to the bowl.
  • Toss all the ingredients until they are well coated with the dressing.
