Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups frozen mango chunks (approx. 247.5g)
  • 1 ½ cups frozen strawberries (approx. 240g)
  • 1 ½ medium ripe bananas (broken into chunks (approx. 177g))
  • ¾ cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt (approx. 170g)
  • 1 ½ cups low-fat (1% milk (approx. 366g))
  • 1 ½ tablespoons chia seeds (approx. 18g)
  • 1 ½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice (approx. 22.5g)

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: Place the frozen mango, frozen strawberries, banana chunks, plain non-fat Greek yogurt, low-fat milk, chia seeds, and fresh lemon juice into the pitcher of your blender.
  2. Blend Until Smooth: Secure the blender lid tightly. Begin blending on a low speed, then gradually increase to high. Continue to process for 1-2 minutes, or until the mixture is completely smooth, creamy, and achieves a uniform, velvety consistency.
  3. Adjust and Serve: If needed, pause the blender, carefully remove the lid, and use a spatula to scrape down the sides of the pitcher. This ensures all ingredients are fully incorporated. Blend for a few more seconds if required.
  4. Enjoy: Pour the Golden Glow Greek Yogurt Protein Smoothie into a large glass or divide as preferred. For the optimal taste and texture, serve immediately.
  5. Storage (Optional): Any leftover smoothie can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Please note that the consistency may change slightly upon storage; a brief re-blend can help restore its texture.
