- 12 ounces (340g) full-fat cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- ¾ cup (177ml) heavy whipping cream, cold
- 3 tablespoons powdered monk fruit sweetener blend or equivalent powdered sugar substitute, to taste
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest
- 12 ounces (340g) fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered or sliced
- 10 ounces (283g) fresh blueberries
- 9 ounces (255g) fresh blackberries
- 4 ounces (113g) fresh raspberries
Prep the berries: Rinse the berries and dry them very well. Hull and slice/quarter the strawberries.
Mix the base: Beat the softened cream cheese until completely smooth. Add the sweetener and lemon zest; beat until combined.
Whip the cream: In a chilled bowl, whip the cold heavy cream to soft peaks.
