Instructions
 

  • Combine Ingredients: Place the frozen mango, frozen strawberries, banana chunks, plain non-fat Greek yogurt, low-fat milk, chia seeds, and fresh lemon juice into the pitcher of your blender.
  • Blend Until Smooth: Secure the blender lid tightly. Begin blending on a low speed, then gradually increase to high. Continue to process for 1-2 minutes, or until the mixture is completely smooth, creamy, and achieves a uniform, velvety consistency.
