- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter chopped
- 2 large eggs room temperature
- 1/4 cup milk almond, soy, coconut, etc.
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese optional
