  • 1 cup Crushed Ice
  • 1/4 cup Avocado about 1/2 an avocado or 60g
  • 3 Tbsp Monkfruit adjust to taste
  • 2 Tbsp Natural Creamy Peanut Butter use Almond Butter for Paleo
  • 1 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until the mixture is smooth.
