Ingredients
  

  • 3 lbs rutabaga peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream warmed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Chop the rutabaga into bite-sized pieces.
  • Place the rutabaga in a pot of salted water, bring to a boil, and cook until tender.
