Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a pizza pan or baking sheet.
Whisk almond flour in a bowl. Microwave mozzarella and cream cheese in 20-second intervals until melted, then whisk until smooth.
Combine melted cheeses with almond flour and eggs; mix until a sticky dough forms.
Place dough between two sheets of parchment paper on a flat surface. Roll out to ½ inch thickness. Remove top parchment.
Transfer dough to prepared pan and bake for 12 minutes, until firm.
Top with sauce, shredded cheese, mushrooms, bell peppers, and Italian seasoning. Brush edges with olive oil.
Bake for another 10-12 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
Remove from oven, slice, and serve!
