Ingredients
  

  • 2 ½ cups almond flour
  • 3 cups low-moisture mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup cream cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup keto pizza sauce
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup mushrooms sliced
  • ¼ cup bell peppers sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Olive oil for brushing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a pizza pan or baking sheet.
  • Whisk almond flour in a bowl. Microwave mozzarella and cream cheese in 20-second intervals until melted, then whisk until smooth.
  • Combine melted cheeses with almond flour and eggs; mix until a sticky dough forms.
  • Place dough between two sheets of parchment paper on a flat surface. Roll out to ½ inch thickness. Remove top parchment.
  • Transfer dough to prepared pan and bake for 12 minutes, until firm.
  • Top with sauce, shredded cheese, mushrooms, bell peppers, and Italian seasoning. Brush edges with olive oil.
  • Bake for another 10-12 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
  • Remove from oven, slice, and serve!

Tips:
  • Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to a week or frozen for up to 6 months.
